Refund policy

Returns —

You may only return or exchange your purchase subject to the following terms:

1.  Made to order items or items brought in specifically to fulfil individual order requirements cannot be returned or refunded.

2.  Returns or exchanges are accepted on stocked items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Any items returned or exchanged outside this period will not be accepted.  There is 20% restocking fee on any custom refinished stocked products.

3.  Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and screws.

4.  A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return or exchange.

5.  Customers are responsible for the return of goods.  We recommend using a tracked postal/courier service to ensure for safe receipt. Noble Elements is not responsible for any lost returned parcels.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Without the above information, we have the right to refuse a return.

Warranties —

All brass and bronze products have a 5 year warranty from the date of sale. 

Internal mechanisms such as locks, latches, etc have a 1 year warranty from the date of sale. 

Finishes (including plated, chemical, raw and living finishes) are excluded from any warranty, as they are designed to age and patina over time. 

We guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace any defective products or parts after presentation and review of the products. Customers must provide proof of purchase, dated within the warranty period.

We assume no liability for the following:
    •    Improper installation
    •    Misuse or modification of a product 
    •    Accidental loss or damage
    •    Improper maintenance
    •    Fair wear and tear
    •    Labour charges for removal, replacement and/or installation
    •    Freight and postage charges

If a problem occurs after the expiration of the warranty period, in most cases we will, on the basis of goodwill, remedy the issue. This goodwill is at the sole discretion of Noble Elements.
