Store Collection
Local customers can choose to collect their orders from our showroom once they have received confirmation that their order is ready.
Domestic Shipping
We use DHL Express for all domestic shipping.
International Shipping
We use DHL Express for all international shipping. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur; for more information we recommend checking the import rules for your country or contacting your local customs office.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be included in all invoices, based on weight and size of the parcel.
Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed the same day we dispatch your order. Please follow the status of your package once tracking information is sent to you. We do not have control over how many delivery attempts DHL will make. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of their delivery and reschedule any delivery attempts made with DHL.
